HORSE BRANCH, Ky. — Ann Michelle Proctor, 56, of Horse Branch, passed away Friday, May 21, 2021, in Morgantown. She was born March 31, 1965, in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of Jerry Clark and the late Ann Allen Philpot.
Ann loved being with her grandchildren and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Richard Bailey.
Left to honor Ann’s memory are her children, James Elliot Lindsey and Jade Johnson; her father, Jerry Clark; two siblings, Buck Bailey and Gerry Kaye Clark; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, at Miller Schapmire Funeral Home in Hartford. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
All who wish to honor Ann at the visitation and funeral are required to wear a mask while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
