OC Sheriff asking for help in recent case of vandalism

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a person who damaged a tractor on a state road crew.

According to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty, sometime during the night last night, near the 9500 block of U.S. 62 W, an unknown perpetrator drilled a hole through a fuel tank on a John Deere belonging to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The vehicle of the suspect was parked in a pull-off adjacent to the road.
