Ohio Co. Healthcare named vaccination site by Governor Beshear

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Ohio Countians 70 years of age and older will soon be able to get vaccianted in Ohio County, as Governor Andy Beshear named Ohio County Healthcare as one of the 28 new vaccination sites soon opening. Gov. Beshear made the announcement during his daily COVID-19 update yesterday.

According to OCH, it will begin receiving weekly shipments of 300 Moderna vaccinations very soon. Appointments for vaccinations will be prioritized for the 1A and 1B phases – healthcare workers, first responders, and 70 plus age group.

Appointments will be scheduled from people currently on the Ohio County Wait List. Scheduling will be based on the date calls were first received. To be added to the wait list, call 270-215-9082 or register online at OCHcares.com.
