HARTFORD, Ky. — Ava Wortheam, 87, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Ohio County Hospital. She was born Dec. 18, 1933, in Calhoun, Kentucky, daughter of the late Willie Clay and Emma Evans Fulkerson.
Ava was a homemaker and a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Truman Howell and Jack Wortheam, and daughter, Terry Marie Howell.
Survivors include sons, Ellis Howell, Kenneth (Frances) Howell, Robert Howell, and Bill Howell; daughter, Freda White; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brothers, Charles Fulkerson and Joe Fulkerson.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with the family from noon until 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
