CROMWELL, Ky. — Alva Blacklock III, 61, of Cromwell, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2020, at Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. He was born on Aug. 1, 1959, in Stuttgart, Germany to the late Alva Blacklock Jr. and Barbara Dietrich Blacklock.
Alva served in the United States Navy.
Survivors include his siblings, Marty (Donna) Blacklock, of Cromwell, and Teresa (Leo) Farrell, of Radcliff, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Billy (Lucy) Ready, of California, Christopher Ready, of Radcliff, Kentucky, Jonathan Blacklock, of Cromwell, and Deneda Blacklock, of Auburn, Kentucky; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, at Green River Cemetery in Cromwell with Bro. Dave Baskins officiating. Friends may visit with Alva’s family from 10:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the cemetery.
