BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Shirley Lois Smith Osborne, 70, of Beaver Dam, passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, surrounded by her family at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born March 25, 1950, in Rosine, Kentucky, to the late Ernest and Jeanette Brown Smith.
Shirley lived life to its fullest. She loved her family with a passion and enjoyed playing bingo, bunco, and cards with her friends. She was of the Baptist faith and a huge Trump supporter.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by an infant brother, John Smith; brother, Paxton Smith; four sisters, Ruby Kuykendall, Virginia “Jenny” Fernandez, Dona Embry, and Helen Johnson; one grandson, Casey Osborne; and daughter-in-law, Vicki Osborne.
Survivors include her companion of 32 years, Raymond Fulkerson, of Beaver Dam; three sons, Jason (Michelle) Osborne, of Hartford, Kentucky, David (Delia) Osborne, of Beaver Dam, and Joey (Jenny) Osborne, of Philpot, Kentucky; one daughter, Amanda (Nathan) Lindsey, of Owensboro, Kentucky; one sister, Martha Raley, of Beaver Dam; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at William L. Danks Funeral with Bro. Phillip David Embry officiating. Burial will follow in Rosine Cemetery. Friends may visit with Shirley’s family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
