OCS Food Service Program details meal pickup for students

HARTFORD, Ky. — Beginning Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, Ohio County students will return to class on its Hybrid Learning Schedule. Ohio County Schools Food Service will contiue to provide free meals of breakfast and lunch to both students attending school and those learning remotely.

Meals will be provided to children under 18 years of age by using three methods:

  1. Meals from the cafeteria for students attending school in-person.
  2. Meals available for pick-up from any school cafeteria between 12 – 1 p.m. each day.
  3. Meals available for pick-up from mobile routes throughout Ohio County.

OCS Food Service Program announced earlier this month its Summer Feed Program had been extended until Dec. 31, 2020, by the United States Department of Agriculture.
