HARTFORD, Ky. — Ohio County Judge-Executive David Johnston has decided to close next week’s Ohio County Fiscal Court meeting to the public.
According to Johnston, due to the increased number of COVID-19 cases and Governor Andy Beshear’s order on gatherings.
The July 28 fiscal court meeting will take place at 5 p.m. via Facebook LIVE on the Ohio County Fiscal Court Facebook page. This meeting will be available for the public and media to view, but not attend. Masks must be worn at all times during the meeting.
Johnston asked Ohio Countians to continue to practice the three W’s, wear a mask, wash your hands and watch your distance.
