HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Fiscal Court will continue to hold its meetings via livestream or by telephone until further notice, according to a notice sent from Ohio County Judge-Executive David Johnston’s Office.

The fiscal court have been livestreaming its meetings for the last two months, though most of the members still meet in the fiscal court room of the Ohio County Community Center. During its April 28 meeting, First District Magistrate Sam Small was present by phone for the meeting. The court members have been wearing face masks during the meetings.

All meetings will be held at 5 p.m. (CT) the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The public may view the live meeting via the Ohio County Fiscal Court Facebook page.
Special-called meetings may be called, but by law, the fiscal court must give notice informing the public of the date, time and location of the meeting.
