MADISONVILLE, Ky. — Beginning Tuesday, April 14, 2020, U.S. 62 E will be closed from mile point 11.9 to 12.0 for bridge replacements east of Beaver Dam.
A detour will be set up and signed and message boards will be installed prior to the closure. The average daily traffic count for this section of U.S. 62 is 2,600.
Scott and Murphy, Inc. is the prime contractor on the $2,119,300 project.
