HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two men who are suspected of burglarizing and vandalizing an Ohio County church.
Last Wednesday, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary complaint at Pleasant Grove Church in Fordsville. Deputies discovered the offenders entered the church through a side window. While inside the church, the offenders heavily vandalized it.
During the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office spoke to neighbors, received several calls from members of the community and watched video surveillance from the area.
According, to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty, the OCSO obtained arrest warrants for two men, Earling George Iverson III and James Ray Howard, both of Evansville, Indiana.
The two men were last seen in the Leitchfield area and were released from the Daviess County Detention Center the day before the burglary.
