BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Edna Irene Frady, 78, of Beaver Dam, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Aug. 18, 1940, in McCreary County, Kentucky, to the late Marshall G. and Laura Vanover Hall.
Edna was a member of Longview General Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Edward Frady Sr., and three brothers, Lecil Hall, Eugene Hall and Lenvile Hall.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, seven children, Norma (Ricky) Leisure, of Beaver Dam, Edna (Terry) Moore, of Horse Branch, Kentucky, Zula (James) Howard, of Beaver Dam, Ellen (Ronnie) Rock, of Cromwell, Kentucky, Deanna (Allen) Lewis, of Hartford, Kentucky, Troy (Shannon) Frady Jr., of Beaver Dam, and Brenda (Don) Henderson, of Beaver Dam; four brothers, Donald (Edith) Hall, David (Mary) Hall, Darrell Hall, and Bravill (Kathy) Hall, all of Beaver Dam; and four sisters, Lois (James) Read, of Beaver Dam, Mary Lou (Arles) Sisk, of Beaver Dam, Dicie (Amos) Alsman, of Beaver Dam, and Shirley Sisk, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Edna was blessed with 15 grandchildren, Amy Bates, Ricky Leisure Jr., Jennifer Moore, Ashley Moore, Wesley Rock, Maranda Rock, Sabrina Reynolds, Brandon Embry, Ashley Lewis, Tiffany Rosado, Jacob Frady, Shane Frady, Wendy Baize, Lillian Burden and Toni Stewart, and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. David Hall and Bro. Matt Alsman officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Mrs. Frady’s family from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
