BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Beverly Dean Shoopman, 71, of Beaver Dam, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019, at Beaver Dam Nursing & Rehab. She was born Sept. 29, 1947, in Ohio County, Kentucky, to the late Cecil L. Fulton and Frances Lee Fulton.
Mrs. Shoopman retired from Perdue Farms and had previously been employed by Thomas Industries. She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.
Aside from her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Shoopman.
Survivors include her mother, Frances Fulton; and twin sister, Jean Phelps, both of Beaver Dam; sister-in-law, Jennifer Shoopman, of Florida; and a nephew, Shawn Phelps, of Houston, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Dr. Glenn Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Mrs. Shoopman’s family Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
