CENTERTOWN, Ky. — Melissa Ann Wallace, 53, of Centertown, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky, July 20, 1965, to Charles and Barbara Bryant Howard.
Melissa enjoyed crafts, decorating, flowers, and fish ponds.
Melissa is preceded in death by her grandparents, and her in-laws, Preston and Jean Wallace.
Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband of 35 years, Jeffrey Carl Wallace; her son, Jeffrey Scott Wallace; her brother, Sandrick William, Kimberly Howard; and several nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 6, at Miller Schapmire Funeral Home, with Brother Rodney Albin officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, and again from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
