BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Jennie Bacallao, 82, of Beaver Dam, went to her Heavenly home Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Ohio County Healthcare in Hartford, Kentucky. She was born Jan. 27, 1937, in Echols, Kentucky, to the late Willie and Ammie Scott Geary.
Jennie was a member of McHenry Baptist Church and she previously worked as a lab technician for Golden Flake.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lindle Willoughby Jr.; two brothers, Gene Geary and Donald Givens; and two sisters, Katherine ‘Blackie” Schroader and Hazel Simpson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, two daughters, Debbie (Don) Powell, of Arrington, Tennessee, and Vicki (Brent) Howard, of Beaver Dam; two brothers, Cecil (Ruthie) Geary, of Beaver Dam, and Roy (Linda) Geary, of Beaver Dam; and one sister, Edith Goff, of Beaver Dam. Jennie was blessed with four grandchildren, Donna (Bobby) Johnson, Jake (Tammy) Barger, Jessica Barnett and Brandon Howard; and 10 great-grandchildren, Alec, Zack, Landen, Madelyn, Wil, Tiffany (John), Casey, Sahara, Lilly, and Mackenzie.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Scott Fleener and Bro. Brent Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Echols Cemetery in Echols. Friends may visit with Ms. Bacallao’s family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
