**UPDATE** HARTFORD, Ky. (3-29-19) — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office has released more information on the suspects wanted in the alleged attempted abduction of a girl in Fordsville.
According to the OCSO, the suspects’ vehicle is a white four-door passenger car, possibly a Ford, with a spare donut tire on the front passenger side. It also has a long scratch down driver’s side of the vehicle about four inches wide.
There were two men involved in this attempted abduction. The driver is described as an older white male with white spiked hair, a white beard, and no mustache.
The passenger was a white male with glasses and a white Bass Pro Shop hat. The passenger’s hair is a brown w/grey mix and a six-inch beard with a small tattoo (unknown description) on his left arm near the elbow area. He was wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt with red writing. The passenger also received a bite mark during the attempted abduction on the top of his left forearm before the elbow.
Also in the suspects’ vehicle was a caramel-colored pit bull-dog with pinned ears, a white chest and wearing a blue collar.

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible attempted child abduction at the North Ohio County Park located west of Fordsville on KY 54 W. The alleged abduction attempt happened earlier Wednesday.
According to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty, a female juvenile told deputies one of two white men, in a white Ford Taurus or similar style vehicle, grabbed her, but she was able to get away. The vehicle is described as being in poor condition with damage on the driver’s side of it. There is a donut tire on the front passenger side.
It’s reported the passenger was the aggressor and he was described as being in his late 40’s, thin build, with a long beard about 6” past the chin. His hair and beard are a brown and grey mix and he wore prescription glasses. He was wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt with red writing on the back.
