MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Johnny Dale Chinn, 55, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at his residence. Johnny was born June 20, 1963, in Ohio County, Kentucky, to the late John Harvey and Anna Sue Maiden Chinn.
Other than his parents, Johnny is preceded in death by his only son, John Everett Chinn; one brother, Dennis Morgan Chinn; and one sister, Dianna Lynn Chinn Simpson.
Johnny is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Sue Chinn, of Horn Lake, Mississippi, and Jessica Chinn, of Central City, Kentucky. Jessica was known as his one and only rose bud and Rebecca was his blue eyed monster. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Clarissa and Kayleigh Bratcher, Drake Pharis, Carter Wilson, Emma Mitchell, Liam Phelps and Miyla Hester; one brother, Terry D. Chinn, of Cromwell, Kentucky; one nephew, Jason Chinn; three nieces, Emma Lee, Natalee Dawn and Karlee Beth Chinn; two stepchildren, Richard Saunders and Heather English; five stepgrandchildren, Travis Henderson, Eagen Wilisher, Addison Saunders, Ky’lan Embry and Kash English.
All services are private and under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
