FORDSVILLE, Ky. — Zelpha L. Leathem, 96, of Fordsville, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at Fordsville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Fordsville to the late Lonard and Lettie Fuqua.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fordsville Baptist Church.
Zelpha was preceded also in death by her husband, Charles Leathem, on Nov. 13, 1983.
Survivors include her son, Bruce (Wanda) Leathem, of Fordsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville with burial in Newton Springs Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
