CENTRAL CITY, Ky. — Donna June Edwards, 61, of Central City, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at 8:15 p.m. at her home. Mrs. Edwards was born May 23, 1957, in Ohio County, Kentucky.
She was a family support worker with the Hands Program at the Muhlenberg County Health Department, and a member of Richardson Chapel General Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford Forrest, and Venuard and Wanda Garrett; and brother, Brent Forrest.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Douglas Edwards; daughter, Brandi Shea Edwards; grandchildren, Caleb Rowe, Clayton Rowe, and Catelynn Rowe; brother, Eddie (Sue) Forrest; sisters, Kelly (Alan) Knight, Robin Koonce, Joann Garrett, and Lona Gail Meredith; aunt, Jeanette Snodgrass; uncle, Bill Morris; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Larry Lile officiating, assisted by Bro. Alan Knight. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
