LIVERMORE, Ky. — Stella Jean Luttrell, 87, of Livermore, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun, Kentucky. Stella Jean Luttrell was born March 18, 1931, in McLean County, Kentucky, to the late Jesse Bryant and Cliffie Marie Penrod Luttrell.

In addition to her parents, Jean was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Homer Frashure, and siblings, Clemintine “Tina” Luttrell Truesdell, Mary Luttrell Williams, Josephine “Jo” Luttrell Hall, and John “J.C.” Luttrell.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Bennie Ray Luttrell and wife, Patricia, of Hartford, Kentucky; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends who meant the world to her and who all revered her as Heaven’s special lady.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the kind and loving care and personal attention that was provided to Jean for the last several years by the entire staff at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore with the Rev. Clive Bell officiating. There will be no public visitation. Muster Funeral Homes is handling the arrangements for Jean’s family.
