HENDERSON, Ky. — The Kentucky State Police is asking the public for help in finding a man wanted on multiple charges including first degree sexual abuse.
Anthony W. Sowders is wanted by the KSP for charges of first degree sexual abuse, distribution of obscene material to minors and persistent felony offender II.
Sowders is 39 years-old, white, 6’2″ and 278 lbs. The KSP believes Sowders could be in the Ohio County area.
