DUNDEE, Ky. — William Lewis Patton, 93, of Dundee, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, at Ohio County Hospital.
He was a World War II Navy veteran and a retired truck driver. He was a member of Fordsville United Methodist Church and a 58-year member of Fordsville Masonic Lodge #600.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Patton; his mother, Pearl Dean Welch; stepmother, Ruby Patton; and stepdaughter, Pam Cross.
Survivors include his beloved mate, Mary F. Smith, of Dundee, Kentucky; two sons, Philip (Susan) Patton, of Palisade, Colorado, and Bradley (Stephanie) Patton, of Knoxville, Tennessee; a stepdaughter, Judy McCormick, of Sacramento, California; a stepson, Dan Fenwrick, of Livermore, Kentucky; sisters, Ana Rea Greer, of Whitesville, Kentucky, and Maxine Barker, of Owensboro; five grandchildren, Chris (Kaara), Kimberly, Bradley, Sadie (Matt) and Joel (Kaleigh); six great-grandchildren, Will, Alyvia, Rylee, Opal, Kayla and Lola; and his little furry friend, Perri.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville with burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
