WHITESVILLE, Ky. — Herbert Louis Ralph, 87, of Whitesville, died Sunday, June 10, 2018, at The Heartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky. Louis was born July 13, 1930, in East Chicago, Indiana, to the late Charles William and Verta Lee Ralph.
He retired as a crane operator from LTV Steel. Louis enjoyed NASCAR, reading, watching westerns and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Louis was also preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Lois; his daughter, Rebecca Ison; son-in-law, Gary Ison; and grandson, Shawn Ralph.
Survivors include four sons, Richard W. Ralph, of Phoenix, Arizona, Robert A. Ralph (Karen) of Hammond, Indiana, Russell G. Ralph (Regina), of Whitesville, and William C. Ralph (Patty), of Hartford, Kentucky, and his sister, Mary Lou Kwait and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, at Cecil Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
