OLATON, Ky. — Elsie Dale Mattingly, 64, of Olaton, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on Oct. 19, 1953, in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, to the late Gus and Shirley Lee Smith Fuqua.
Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Jeff Carter Jr.; a daughter, Becky Evans; a son, Billy Fuqua; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Tommy Fuqua, Roger Fuqua, Ricky Fuqua, and Randy Fuqua; and a sister, Becky Bryant.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Rosine Cemetery in Ohio County. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
