FORDSVILLE, Ky. — Cathy Johnson, 59, of Fordsville, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, on Feb. 20, 1959, to the late Harvey Hendricks and Shelia Ann Johnston Horsley.
Cathy enjoyed TV shows and her grandchildren.
Cathy is survived by her husband of 17 years, Terry Johnson; two daughters, Crista (Jason) Shepherd and Canasa Todd, both of Owensboro; and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Patty (Gary) Johnson, of Livermore, Kentucky, and her brothers Harvey (Lisa) Hendricks and James Hendricks, both of Owensboro.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the the Daniel Pitino Shelter. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, also at the Daniel Pitino Shelter.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky; 3419 Wathens Crossing; Owensboro, KY 42301. Envelopes will be available at the Daniel Pitino Shelter.
