OWENSBORO, Ky. — Judy Mills Trail, 74, of Owensboro, died on March 6, 2018, while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on Jan. 21, 1944, in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late Eugene and Mable Hoskins Mills.
Judy was recently employed as a personal assistant at Heritage Place Assisted Living and had previously worked for Dr. Harrison and at the Women’s Pavilion for Drs. Blackstone and Schmitt. She was a member of Lewis Lane Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Glenn Trail, in Feb. 9, 1995; brothers, Jim Mills and Glenn Mills; and sisters, Peggy Maden and Audrey Winstead.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Glenn Trail Jr. (Patti) and Alan Eugene Trail (Lana); four grandchildren, Wesley Alan Trail, Glenn Trail III, Amanda Michele Trail and Chaley Micah Trail; two great grandchildren, Audrey Trail and Thomas Trail; and a sister, Doloris Eskridge (JB).
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 9, in the Chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
