BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Christopher David Belhasen, 57, of Beaver Dam, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, at his home. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Franklin K. and Janis Stambaugh Crigger Belhasen.
Chris worked as a carpenter on construction.
He wsa preceded in death by his stepfather, William Crigger.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Miller Belhasen, of Beaver Dam; two sons, Nicholas Belhasen, of Rockport, Kentucky, and Edward Gayhart Jr.; a daughter, Brandy Denise Gayhart, of Hazard, Kentucky; a brother, Franklin K. Belhasen II, of Staffordsville, Kentucky; two sisters, Allison Osborne, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and Sara Belhasen Woods; stepmother, Loretta P. Belhasen; five grandchildren, Grayson Eli Belhasen, Aiden C. Belhasen, Hunter Gayhart, Coltin Gayhart, and Carlee MaKenna Brewer.
Bevil Bros Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
