BEECH GROVE, Ky. — Judy Calloway, 67, of Beech Grove, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 at her home near Beech Grove. Judith Ann Hancock was born Aug. 1, 1950, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to the late Lester John and Mary Katherine Ferreo Hancock and was married to Dennie Joe Calloway Dec. 21, 1982.
She was a waitress, an elderly caregiver and enjoyed spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Dennie Joe Calloway, who died Dec. 31, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Branden Calloway and wife, Helen, of Beech Grove; a stepdaughter, Dianna Moser and husband, James, of Owensboro; a stepson, Brent Calloway and wife, Michelle, of Deanfield, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jim Hancock, of Wisconsin, and Fred Hancock, of Michigan; and a sister, Barb Ogston, of Michigan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Dane Calloway officiating. Burial will be in the Adaburg Baptist Church Cemetery in Ohio County. Friends may visit with Judy’s family from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Thursday at Musters in Calhoun.
