MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Elmer C. Hunt, 82, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born in Ohio County, Kentucky, Sept. 25, 1935, to the late Elbert and Ina Miller Hunt.

He was of the Baptist Faith, a truck driver for 44 years, and loved to ride motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Wanda Hunt; and sister, Thelma Beasley.

Mr. Hunt is survived by his wife, Jolene Cardwell Hunt, of Morgantown; two sons, David Hunt and wife, Kathi, of Massillon, Ohio, Timothy Hunt, of Wooster, Ohio; one daughter, Karen Hildebrand and husband, Richard, of Shreve, Ohio; two grandchildren, Zachary Hildebrand, of Shreve, and Nichole Hubler, of Detroit, Michigan; and brother, Oscar Hunt and wife, Barbara, of Morgantown.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 1, at 1 p.m. with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will follow in the Belmont Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30, from 4:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
