CROMWELL, Ky. — Raymond Boyd Adcock, 73, of Cromwell, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born Aug. 5, 1944, in Utica, Kentucky, to the late Raymond Hudson Adcock and Florence Ray Adcock.
Mr. Adcock was a supervisor at Perdue and member of Parrish Avenue Church of Christ in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Patricia Adcock; five sons, Scott (Donna) Adcock, of Owensboro, Kentucky, Jason Adcock, of Owensboro, Justin (Katie) Adcock, of Tell City, Indiana, Kevin (Ann) Spicer, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Keith Spicer, of Owensboro; one stepdaughter, Jessie (Joe) Raymer, of Horse Branch, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Chance Burnett, Carter Burnett, Ty McDaniel, Emily Raymer, Ashley Adcock, Rylee Adcock, Zoey Adcock, and Xander Adcock; one great-grandchild, Emelyn Simmons; and one sister, Betty (Jim) Sparks, of Owensboro.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Steven Leach officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Cromwell, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Mr. Adcock’s family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
