MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Spillman Reynolds, 78, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Spillman was born March 9, 1939, in Butler County, Kentucky, to the late Buckner and Oler Coleman Reynolds and husband of the late Betty Reynolds.

He was a United State, Army Veteran and a retired maintenance man.

Other than his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by one sister, Louise Kurfiss, and two brothers, Wilbert and Eugene Reynolds.

Spillman Reynolds is survived by one sister, Joyce Edmonds (J.W.), of Cromwell, Kentucky; one niece, Priscilla Nichols (Tim), of Bowling Green; and two nephews, Jeff Kurfiss (Jennifer), of Morgantown, and Thomas Edmonds (Angela), of Cromwell.

Graveside services will be held at the Wade Cemetery Thursday, Oct. 19, at 12 p.m. with Bro Derek Cain officiating. Burial will be in the Wade Cemetery where military rights will be presented by AM Vets Post #117.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
