FORDSVILLE, Ky. — James M. Leach, 60, of Fordsville, passed away on Sept. 8, 2017, at his home. He was born on Sept. 14, 1956, in Evansville, Indiana, to the late James “Sonny” and Mary Jane Leach.
He was a veteran of the United States Marines, where he was a rifleman. James worked for Neo Industries as a truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ronda Kay Leach; three brothers, Kenny, Jerry, and Larry Leach.
Survivors include his daughter, Jamie Nicole Leach (Chris Richards); three grandchildren, Braxton C.S. Leach, Serenity R.M. Richards, Phoenix C.J. Richards; three sisters, Patricia Roth, Linda Blanchard, Lori Keown; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, Kentucky, with military honors. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
