CENTRAL CITY, Ky. — Jarrell Barnett Tudor, 91, of Central City, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 5:10 p.m. at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Tudor was born May 9, 1926, in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
He was a coal miner, a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Rena Tudor, and brother, Jimmy Tudor.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Varnell Tudor; daughters, Jerrilyn (Jimmy) Casebier, of Central City, Vanessa Jane (Andy) Anderson, of Hartford, Kentucky, and Wendy Michele (Joe Cicherillo) Bowling, of Greenville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jamie Elizabeth (Matt) Oates, Jarrell Bradley Casebier, Natalie Shea (Derek) Sharp, Ian Andrew Anderson, and Jeffrey Colton (Dori) Bowling; great-grandchildren, Conner Joseph Oates, Kaylan Elizabeth Oates, Braden Ross Casebier, Abby Leigh Casebier, Miles Andrew Sharp, Max Ray Sharp, Brantley River Bowling, and Maelynn Grace Bowling; and sister, Lina Kaye (Bill) Stirsman, of Bradenton, Florida.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 16, at 2 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Curtis McGehee officiating, assisted by Rev. Tim Burden. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
