HARTFORD, Ky. — Chrystal L. (Calloway) Simpson, 36, of Hartford, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky. She was born June 25, 1980, in Owensboro to the Rebecca Calloway and Paul Coy.
Chrystal was of Baptist Faith, a graduate of Owensboro Community and Technical College and a former Licensed Practical Nurse.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Thomas Simpson, of Hartford; her mother, Rebecca Calloway, of Hartford; two sons and one daughter, Danyon (Carolyn) Calloway, Andy Ward, and Gabby Simpson, all of Hartford.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home in Hartford, with Mr. Hubert Goodman officiating. Friends may visit with the family of Chrystal Calloway-Simpson from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
