REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. — Russell Lee Hutchins, 71, of Reynolds Station, died on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at his home.
He was a retired ironworker and an Army veteran. He was a member of the Commanders Club of the VA and of the Baptist faith.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee and Martha Hutchins; a daughter, Tammie Foy Hofmann; and two brothers, David and Wayne Hutchins.
Survivors include his companion, Kathryn Harrison, of Fordsville, Ky.; a son, William Alan (Kischa) Foy, of Mt. Vernon, Ill.; his daughters, Ronda (Brad) Reynolds and Jenny Hutchins, both of Owensboro; brothers, Johnny Hutchins and James C. “Cricket” Hutchins, both of Livermore, Ky.; sisters, Nellie O’Bryan, of North Carolina, and Faye Payne and Chrissy Donahue, both of Owensboro, Ky.; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville. Burial will be in Midkiff Cemetery in Olaton, Ky., with military honors by Ohio County Honor Guard. Visitation is 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
