BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Sherry Witt Frizzell, 66, of Beaver Dam, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born July 6, 1950, in Harlan County, Ky., to the late Delbert and Nell Herrin Witt.
Mrs. Frizzell was a homemaker and a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Todd Alan Frizzell, and brother, Randy Witt.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Roger Frizzell, of Beaver Dam; son, Adam (Angie) Frizzell, of Owensboro, Ky.; four grandchildren, Destiny, Haylee, Morgan and Matthew; her twin, Gary (Vicki) Witt, of Hartford, Ky.; brother, Ernie (Linda) Witt, of Beaver Dam; sister, Gwyn Key, of Beaver Dam; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. She was especially proud of her grand dog, Sassy Mae.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Rev. Glenn Armstrong and Rev. John Cashion officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Mrs. Frizzell’s family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Saturday at the funeral home.
