Carmen Davis Embry, 75, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Oct. 17, 2015, at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehab in Owensboro. He was born Sept. 11, 1940, in Ohio County to the late Willis “Bill” and Lena Baize Embry.
Survivors include four sisters, Margie (Charles) Lindsey, Helen Hooks, Rose Gibbs and Pat Fredell.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Charles Lindsey officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
