Jerry Lee Collier, 86, of Hartford, Ky., passed away Monday, Aug. 31, 2015, at the Professional Care Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born Dec. 27, 1928, in Bedford, Ind., to the late Arnold and Caroline Rhoda Collier. Mr. Collier was a member of Hartford Christian Church and a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen Lucille Collier, of Hartford; two sons, Richard Lee Collier, of Evansville, Ind., and Phillip Lynn Collier, of Thonotosassa, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Virginia Collier, of Indianapolis, Ind., and two nieces, Jeanie Duncan of Indianapolis, Indiana and Liza Christman of Fairfield, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015 at Hartford Christian Church, 122 West Walnut Street, Hartford, KY 42347 with Bro. Mikey Sweeney officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. at the church.
