Cecil Ray McKinney, 77, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Friday, July 17, 2015, at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center, Morgantown, Ky. He was born in Butler County, Ky., on June 17, 1938, to Claude and Ollive Johnson McKinney.
Mr. McKinney was a retired machinist with Sexton Foods in Indianapolis, Ind. and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Howard Cardwell; and one sister, Myrl Hoover.
He is survived by his wife, Floalma McKinney, of Morgantown; one son, William Ray McKinney and wife, Linda, of Indianapolis; one daughter, Lisa Marie Rancourt and husband, Eric, of Southbend, Ind.; two brothers, Jerry McKinney and wife, Lorrene, of Cromwell, Ky., Faron McKinney, of Morgantown; one sister, Edna Morris and husband, James, of Morgantown, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, at 12 p.m. with Bro. Joe Tolbert officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
