Barbara Lee Shultz, 69, of Cloverport, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield. She was born Oct. 2, 1945, in Ohio County to the late Irvin Lee and Clara Elizabeth Phillips Muffett.
She was U.S. Navy Veteran and a homemaker.
Survivors include one daughter, Vickie (David) Willis, of Beaver Dam; and one son, John Douglas Norris, of Hardinsburg; and one brother, Randell Muffett, of Fordsville. She was blessed with five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of the arrangements.
