Jackie Whitehouse, 68, of Drakesboro, died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Whitehouse was born June 10, 1946, in Muhlenberg County, and was a retired coal miner.
Survivors include a son, Jack (Chrissy) Whitehouse, of Drakesboro; a daughter, Rhonda (Mark) Neighbors, of Drakesboro; grandchildren, Kodi (Josh) King, of South Carrollton, Jonathon Neighbors, of Drakesboro, Jackson Whitehouse, of Drakesboro, Jacob (Kayla) Neighbors, of Cromwell, Johnathan Rickard and Brandi Rickard, both of Madisonville; three brothers, Joe (Patsy) Whitehouse, of Winfield, Ala., Jerry (Linda) Whitehouse, of Central City, and Bob Whitehouse, of Central City, several nephews and nieces, great-nephews and -nieces, along with his constant companions, his pets, Annie and D. D.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, conducted by Linda Whitehouse and Paul Hileman with burial to follow in the Peanut Cemetery in Drakesboro. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
