LucilleWilsonLucille Wilson, 84, of Bowling Green, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2015. The Warren County native was the daughter of the late Curtis Jackson and Ola
Jackson.

Lucille was a devout Christian and life-long member of Glendale Baptist Church. She also attended Jackson Grove Baptist Church in Bristow where she was baptized in the river of Lee Thomas Island in 1943. She was hired by Holley Carburetor when they stood up the plant and retired after 42 years with them.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Charles L. Wilson, Jr.; and her two brothers, Raymond Jackson and William David Jackson.

She is survived by her five children, Charlie Wilson, wife Melissa, Elizabethtown, Ky.; Pat Young, husband John, Cromwell, Ky.; Dallas Wilson, wife Faye, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Lynda Minix, husband Larry, Owensboro, Ky.; and Joyce Copeland, husband Donnie, Grandview, Ind.; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; one cousin, Edward Leon Jackson, in San Antonio, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

The visitation is Thursday, Jan. 22, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Friday, Jan. 23, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. The funeral will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the burial at Fairview Cemetery #2.
