Nelda Margoline (Netherton) Daniels, 78, of Leitchfield, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born on August 14th, 1936 in Cumberland County, Ky., the daughter of the late Estus and Zella (Wright) Netherton.
Nelda retired from Twin Lakes Regional Medical where she was a medical assistant.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Samuel Daniels; two brothers, Estus Netherton, Jr., and John Lee Netherton; one sister, Wanda Bradley; and one granddaughter, Amanda (Snell) Milliner.
She is survived by her two daughters, Charlotte Snell (Charles), of Leitchfield, and Debbie Sapp (Kenney), of Rosine; one sister, Christine Wilkins, of Brandenburg; three grandchildren, Michael Snell, of Caneyville, Tabitha Sisk, of Beaver Dam, and Jordan Sapp, of Hartford; 14f great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 9, at 1 p.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Jordan Sapp and Bro Kenney Sapp will be officiating. Burial will be in the Olaton Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Thursday after 3 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
