Rachel Wisie Goff, 77, of Cromwell, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at her home. She was born June 8, 1937, in Butler County to the late Joe and Parthena Embry Phelps.
She was a member of Oak Grove Church of God and was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Audrey Goff; her son, Stevie Goff; four brothers, Noah Phelps, Wesley Phelps, Freeman Phelps and O.D. Phelps; and five sisters, Alta Daugherty, Barbara Daugherty, Essie Lawrence, Hallie Coots and Lura Flener.
Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Raymer, of Cromwell; her sister, Helen Henderson, of Beaver Dam; two grandchildren, Rhonda Gaskey, of Cromwell, and Audra Dingler, of Cromwell; and three great-grandchildren, Scotty Phelps, Shailee Dingler and Jacob Dingler.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, at Oak Grove Church of God, 10358 State Route 505 South, Cromwell, with Rev. Steve Leach and Rev. Sonny Whitely officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday at Oak Grove Church of God and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church also.
