Lillian P. Jackson Horton, 84, of Utica, passed away Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 at the Owensboro Center. She was born Nov. 28, 1930, in Ohio County, to the late Charles and Dora Tucker Jackson.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, quilting, flower gardening, and working in the yard.
She was also preceded in death by a son, David W. Horton in March of 2014.
Surviving are a daughter, Joan C. Horton, of Utica; four sons, Robert C. Horton, of Eddyville, Rodney E. (Melissa) Horton, of Whitesville, James D. (Sue) Horton and Tony G. Horton, all of Utica; a daughter-in-law, Teresa Horton, of Utica, 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be 12 noon Monday, Dec. 22, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial following in New Bethel Cemetery in Ohio County. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
