Wendy Nichole “Nicky” Bratcher, 32, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Nicky was born on Saturday, Nov. 28, 1981, in Bowling Green, Ky., to Timothy Hunt and Sylvia Moran.
She was a member of Zion Harmony General Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Estil Dockery; grandmother, Charlotte Cardwell, and her father- and mother-in-law, Rickey and Rhonda Bratcher.
Wendy Nichole “Nicky” Bratcher is survived by her husband, Johnny Clay Bratcher, of Morgantown, Ky.; two daughters, Courtney Martin, husband Joseph, of Bowling Green, Ky., and Katie Bratcher, of Morgantown, Ky.; one son, J.C. Bratcher, of Morgantown, Ky.; mother and stepfather, Sylvia Moran, husband Morris, of Morgantown, Ky.; father and step-mother, Timothy Hunt, wife Shelley, of Hartford, Ky.; granddaughter, Kaydence Martin, of Bowling Green, Ky.;five sisters, Heather Durbin, husband Timmy, Haley Leisure, husband Ricky Jr., both of Morgantown, Ky., Sheyann Hunt, of Hartford, Ky., Jessica Roach and Keasha Johnson, both of Bowling Green, Ky.; grandmothers, Airrie Dockery of Morgantown, Ky., and Ellen Bratcher, of Bowling Green, Ky.; grandfather, Donald Hunt, wife Judy, of Morgantown, Ky.; great-grandmother, Lillian Cardwell, of Morgantown, Ky.; two sister-in-laws, Angel White, husband Brad, of Brownsville, Ky., and Linda Humes, of Bowling Green, Ky., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. at Zion Harmony General Baptist Church with Bro. Jimmy Estil Dockery officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 10 a.m. until funeral time at 2 p.m. at Zion Harmony General Baptist Church.
