Annie Bishop, 87, of Livermore, Ky., died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, at the Riverside Manor Health Care Center in Calhoun. Annie Lee England was born March 24, 1927, in Hartford, Ky., to the late Raymond and Flora Mae Brown England and was married to Arvin Ray Bishop on Sept. 26, 1946.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Evangel Tabernacle in Calhoun, and enjoyed both quilting and sewing.
In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Arvin Bishop, who died Sept. 15, 2005, and by a daughter, Jo Ann Payne.
Survivors include a son, Dennis Bishop and wife, Loretta, of Livermore; a daughter, Sue Revlett and husband, Dennis, of Livermore; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and a brother, Kayo England, of Seattle, Wash.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Brad Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Waltons Creek Cemetery in Ohio County. Friends may visit with Annie’s family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until time of services Thursday at Musters in Livermore.
