Ann Riney Horton, 63, of Owensboro, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at the Heartford House. She was born July 11, 1950, in Daviess County to Doris Pendleton Riney and the late James Henry Riney.
She was a 1972 graduate of Western Kentucky University and she owned and operated Ann Horton Interiors. Mrs. Horton was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church and enjoyed her work and spending time with her grandkids.
Surviving is her husband of 41 years, Danny Horton; two sons, Jarrett (Tonya) Horton and Blake (Lauren) Horton; four grandchildren, Harper, Keller, Ella and Lyla; siblings, Jim (Joyce) Riney, Paul (Marilyn) Riney and Jan Young.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Precious Blood Catholic Church with Father Bruce McCarty officiating and burial following at a later date in St. Raphael Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Precious Blood Catholic Church.
