Mitchell Fuson, 89, of Beaver Dam, went home to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ, on March 14, 2014. He was born Aug. 9, 1924, to Boss and Betty Rhodes Fuson of Bell County, Ky.
Mitch was retired from Ken Underground Mine, loved ball games, fishing and talking old days with the gran kids most of all.
He had 11 brothers and sisters, all preceded him in death along with a son, James.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Phyllis “Joan” Fuson; three sons, David (Linda), Terry Miller and Ron Miller; four daughters, Judy (Ray), Ann (Tom), Vicky Miller, Cindy Miller and a beloved adopted daughter, Paula Marie Fuson, who was his Sunshine all these years. Justin, Lauren and Maria Miller who walked this rough road with their Pap-Pa.
Funeral services will be private for the family. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
