Tony Embry, 44, of Caneyville, passed away Monday, March 10, 2014, at his home. He was born on Nov. 20, 1969, in Ohio County, the son of the late Cecil and Zelda (Duke) Embry.
Tony worked in construction hanging drywall.
He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Embry.
Tony is survived by his mother, Zelda Embry; three brothers, Bro. Steve Embry (Marsha) of Morgantown, Larry Embry (Patricia) and Dale Embry (Alisa) both of Caneyville; three sisters, Patricia Payton (Freddie) of Caneyville, Janice White (Charles) of Morgantown and Ruth Bratcher of Russellville and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 14, at 2 p.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Steve Embry and Matthew White will be officiating. Burial will be in the Embry-Duke Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Thursday after 3 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
